Q. Do I have to be admitted to College before I apply for The Blog Workshop Scholarship?
A. Yes. You can apply as a high school senior, but you would still need to be accepted to a College or University in the United States to be eligible.
Q. How are The Blog Workshop Scholars be selected?
A. Scholars will be selected based on academic and blogging criteria specified, as well as the required essay portion. These will all be reviewed by a panel of bloggers and professionals to select the best candidate.
Q. When and how are Finalists notified that they have been awarded a scholarship?
A. Scholars will be notified by the end of April 2013, by phone. However, the official announcement will be made during The Blog Workshop conference.
Q. How may The Blog Workshop Scholarship be used?
A. Your award may ONLY be used for direct school needs; books, housing, tuition, etc.
